Vivienne McKee as Compere/Toastmaster
“My Lords, ladies and gentlemen....”
Vivienne McKee has many years of experience as a presenter and compere.
On stage:
Before coming to Denmark, she performed in the popular “Good Old days” Music Hall shows in London and was one of the first female performers to take on the job as “Toastmaster” .
Vivienne has been “konferiencier” for gala shows at Tivoli Concert Hall and for International conferences at the Bella Center and other large venues.
In June 1999, Vivienne hosted the annual international “Victims of Torture Day” for IRCT together with Jes Dorph Peteresen at Copenhagen’s City Hall, which was also televised internationally.
In April 2000, Vivienne hosted a fashion show in Danish and English at the new ABC, featuring the Danish top models of the sixties and seventies.
On screen:
Vivienne hosted her own television programme called “Copenhagen Today” on Denmark’s TV3 . It was a breakfast programme on which she interviewed celebrity visitors to Copenhagen and informed the viewers about what was happening in the city.
